Fathers nag

To drive generations, life gives tag

Mothers turn head

New life dead, even before breath lead.

The seed, shame keeps grandmother dead

News of one in coming brings sorrow

Two lives lost, grandmother and tomorrow

The one that got away, an awful part

As silence must be only art.

Earth quakes at the coming of the misplaced one

Footsteps echo at the doorsteps of reality

Heartbeat doubles in counting

Why should innocence be this daunting?

Should Pandora be let loose?

Lest chaos oxygen?

For aren’t we all spawns of woman?

Of an unborn child robbed of choice

Of a mother void of reason

That still; no excuse, to everyman his tent

Life gave tags, not power to destroy

That being said, who turned off the sun?

  1. Good stuff, but the most rhyming to my untrained eyes the seemed to put the rhythm of the piece a little of balance. But good stuff again
